We send orders almost everywhere, mostly to the EU countries, Japan, Kanada, South-Korea, Australia, New Zealand and USA. You'll find all Countries from the PayPal shipping menu. When ordering to the other countries, please contact us by email.
You can also order products at another address, for example as a gift, to add the shipping address to the details field.
The subscriber must be 18 years of age or have the guardian's consent given by email.
We will answer any questions by email or phone. Below you will find our contact information.

Your inquiries in any languages are appreciated and we look forward to talking with you.
Product prices include 20% VAT (Estonia), first the price is shown in shopping cart without tax and depend on your location the VAT will be added or not. The breakdown can be seen in shopping cart.
Possible shipping costs will be added to the total purchases and displayed in the shopping cart.
The ordered products can be paid for by all the payment methods available at PayPal.
Payments with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard.
For the time being, there is free shipping within the EU for orders above 30€.
Any shipping costs will be determined by the size of the order. Otherwise, choose a package or pickup from the store as the order form.
If delivery is delayed, we'll contact you as soon as possible.
Shipments are delivered by letter or parcel by Post.
You can also pick up products directly from our stores without shipping costs:

When your order is ready to be picked up, we will send you a text message / email about it.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to cancel the transaction within 14 days, either verbally or in writing. Below you will find contact information. The product must be shipped within 14 days of cancellation.
According to the Consumer Protection Act: "If the consumer has received the goods, he must keep it substantially unchanged and unrestricted until he decides to keep the goods.
However, if the consumer withdraws from the contract after the goods are put into service, he shall be liable for the value of the contract. Goods shall not be deemed to have been put into service if the consumer has treated the goods only as necessary for the purpose of ascertaining their nature, characteristics and functionality. "
The product may be tested and matched as in the store. Any other use of the product is considered as commissioning.
You must include or copy the original shipping list. Returns will be paid by the customer and the shipping price will not be refunded. We do not redeem postage returns.
When you return your product, first contact email@example.com to get a return code for the postal package. You can send the items in the letter to Lite Lion Europe at the address below. We will return a letter payment with a refund.
We will refund or replace incorrect products.
If the shipment is damaged during shipping, please contact the Post directly.
Your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties and will only be used for the purpose of managing your customer relationship.
We reserve the right to change terms and prices.
